Reconstruction of the Can Planoles covered porch

Summary

Roda de Ter Town Council is procuring works to reconstruct the covered porch at Can Planoles, restoring its use as a multipurpose hall and improving structural safety and accessibility. The works will replace the existing metal structure with a laminated timber roof structure and renew, among other systems, heating, cooling, ventilation and fire-safety equipment. The contract is not divided into lots and the works are to be completed within 4 months. The base budget is EUR 560,788.52 excluding VAT and EUR 678,554.11 including VAT.
