Preparation of Emergency and Self-Protection Plans and Event Safety Coordination

Summary

Vigo City Council is procuring the preparation and direction of emergency and self-protection plans and descriptive documents for events organised by its Festivals Service, together with the coordination of business activities, prevention, safety and health. The service covers approximately 31 events of different types across Vigo, including concerts at the Castrelos Auditorium, events at other locations and the Three Kings Parade. Video-surveillance and radio communications equipment, as well as an event information web application, are also included for Castrelos events. The contract is not divided into lots.
