Demolition and construction of the Campo Arcís social centre

Summary

Requena City Council is procuring the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new two-storey social centre in Campo Arcís. The building will accommodate municipal offices and a senior citizens’ centre or bar, including a public room, serving counter, kitchen, store and accessible toilets; the works also include a lift, staircase and access to the rear courtyard. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated cost is EUR 557,102.23 excluding VAT, or EUR 674,093.70 including VAT; demolition is scheduled for one month and construction of the new building for two years.
