Rental of infrastructure and decorations for Mislata’s Christmas Square

Summary

Mislata City Council is procuring the temporary rental, without an option to purchase, of infrastructure, decorations and ornamental installations for the “La Plaza de la Navidad” Christmas event. The single integrated supply includes, among other items, Christmas market stalls, themed booths, lighting and other decorations, a Christmas tree, illuminated lettering, a stage, temporary electrical installations and portable toilets. The equipment will be installed in Plaza Mayor de Mislata and, where necessary, other designated public spaces; the rental includes transport, installation, maintenance, technical support and dismantling for the event period from 18 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a maximum budget of EUR 154,501.27 including VAT.
