Renovation of the Lácara health centre building and access areas

Summary

Montijo Town Council is procuring renovation and improvement works at the Lácara health centre building and its access areas. The works include adapting the pavement and entrances to improve accessibility, replacing floor finishes on both storeys and the stairs, repairing and painting interior surfaces, replacing interior and some exterior joinery, and replacing or repairing parts of the existing electrical installation. The contract also covers worksite health and safety and construction-waste management. It is not divided into lots. The works are to be completed within three months, and the contract lasts five months; the base price is EUR 64,606.17 excluding VAT (EUR 78,173.47 including VAT), with a possible increase in work quantities of up to 10% if needed.
