Renovation and maintenance works at Adra’s Mar Azul municipal nursery

Summary

Adra City Council is procuring renovation and maintenance works at the Mar Azul municipal nursery at C/ Estero 6. The works will repair and restore indoor and outdoor areas, partly renew finishes and building services, and improve construction elements damaged by use, insufficient maintenance and exposure to the coastal environment. The estimated contract value is EUR 266,270.79 excluding VAT, or EUR 322,187.66 including VAT, and the initial works period is four months.
