Renovation and extension of the La Salzadella Health Centre

Summary

La Salzadella Town Council is procuring renovation and extension works for the health centre at Avenida Daniel Montull 6 in La Salzadella. The works include partial demolition, structural reinforcement of the retained building, reorganisation of healthcare rooms, an extension, and renewal of the building envelope, finishes and installations. The completed centre will include an entrance and waiting area, two accessible public toilets, medical and nursing consultation rooms, and ancillary and plant rooms; it will have 151.42 m² of usable floor area and 187.31 m² of total built area.
