Port Vell is procuring the complete refurbishment of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems on the second floor of the office building at 1 Escar Street, Barcelona, including associated electrical and control works. The works will provide a heat-recovery VRF system, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, air distribution and extraction from service rooms, and integration of the main equipment with the building’s central control system.
