Expansion of the MOLSTAR2 computing cluster

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of 3–4 computing nodes to expand the MOLSTAR2 computing cluster at the Institute of Fundamental Physics, together with integration into its existing infrastructure and management software. The expansion is intended to bring the cluster’s total capacity to approximately 1,000 processor cores for calculations involving molecular systems of astrophysical interest. The contract is not divided into lots and is funded through the ISOCOSMOS ERC Starting Grant project.
