Comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of the Insular Slaughterhouse of Eivissa

Summary

The contract covers the refurbishment and modernisation of Eivissa’s public slaughterhouse, including upgrades to the building layout and technical systems, removal and replacement of the asbestos-containing roof, and the supply, installation and commissioning of a rabbit slaughter and processing line with a minimum capacity of 150 rabbits per hour. The works also include a 100 kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, two electric-vehicle charging points, a new transformer station and electrical networks, and pavements, utilities, road signage and public lighting on Calle Comercial. The contract is not divided into lots and has a six-month delivery period. Its estimated value is €1,225,369.25 excluding VAT.
