Calp public-space redevelopment ideas competition in three lots

Summary

Calp Town Council is holding a design competition for the redevelopment of three public-space areas. The lots cover Avenida Europa; Calle Portalet and the section of Avenida Puerto de Santamaría between Murillo and Almendros streets; and Calle La Niña and Plaza Colón. The winner of each lot may subsequently be awarded a services contract to prepare the detailed design and provide construction supervision; the reference budgets for the works are €4.6 million, €840,000 and €1.2 million, respectively.
