Construction execution management for 40 energy-efficient social rental homes in Badajoz

Summary

The Extremadura regional government is procuring construction execution management and site supervision for the rehabilitation of a building to provide 40 energy-efficient social rental homes in the Suerte Saavedra neighbourhood of Badajoz (Lot 2). The service covers supervision of construction and installations, quality control, measurement and certification of completed work, and preparation of project reports and final documentation. It runs from the start of construction until settlement of the main works contract.
