Supply, installation and commissioning of four operating tables for the hospitals in Llerena and Zafra

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation and commissioning of four operating tables for the hospitals in the Llerena-Zafra Health Area of the Extremadura Health Service: two tables for Zafra Hospital and two for Llerena Hospital. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 has a budget of €123,966.94 excluding VAT (€150,000 including VAT), and Lot 2 has a budget of €254,545.45 excluding VAT (€308,000 including VAT). The total estimated contract value is €378,512.39 excluding VAT, with a total budget of €458,000 including VAT. The performance period is 45 days. The supplier must provide, install and commission the equipment and provide a warranty of at least two years. Comprehensive maintenance and online monitoring and control must be provided throughout the warranty period at no additional cost to the contracting authority. Bids will be assessed automatically: price is worth up to 80 points, while extended warranty, a shorter delivery period and additional equipment features together account for up to 20 points. Technical and installation requirements are specified in the tender documents. To participate, bidders must meet the turnover and previous similar-supply requirements for each lot they bid for.
