Supply of uniforms and equipment for Guardia Civil ARS specialists

Summary

This tender is divided into 12 lots and covers uniforms, equipment and operational supplies for specialist personnel of the Guardia Civil’s Reserve and Security Group (ARS) for the 2027 and 2028 budget years. The lots cover headwear and insignia, intervention and field uniforms, gloves, rainwear, technical jackets, riding boots, multipurpose boots, belts, cut-resistant scarves, face coverings and backpacks. The estimated value is €3,756,930 excluding VAT, and the budget ceiling is €4,545,885.30 including 21% VAT. The 2027 delivery must be made within four months from 1 April 2027, or from the day after contract signature if later; the 2028 delivery is due before 31 March 2028. Partial deliveries are permitted in both years. The award criteria are quality (40 points) and price (60 points). Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar supplies for each lot bid for and submit product samples and technical documents. Unit prices must not exceed the maximum set for the relevant items, and variants are not permitted.
