Uniforms and equipment for the Tax and Border unit

Summary

The procurement covers uniforms, protective equipment and cold-weather gear for the Guardia Civil’s Tax and Border unit for 2027 and 2028. It is divided into eight lots: high-visibility vests; uniform caps and fleece caps; protective helmets and knee pads; safety footwear; weatherproof jackets and trousers; thermal underwear, socks and gloves; anti-entrapment coveralls; and severe-weather boots. The estimated value is €907,575 excluding VAT and €1,098,165.75 including 21% VAT. Bids may be submitted by lot, but bidders must price every product in a lot and stay within the specified maximum unit prices. For each lot bid for, the bidder must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with comparable supplies and submit product samples and technical information. Technical quality accounts for up to 40 points and price for up to 60; a score of at least 20 out of 40 in the technical assessment is required to proceed to price evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically. The 2027 delivery period is four months from 1 April 2027, or from the day after contract signature if later; the 2028 delivery must be completed before 31 March 2028. Partial deliveries are permitted. Supplied goods are covered by a 24-month warranty.
