Supply of bio-shredders for municipalities served by MásMedio’s waste-management service

Summary

The procurement is for 15 identical bio-shredders for composting areas serving municipalities covered by MásMedio’s waste-management service. The machines will shred green waste and pruning residues into structural material for composting. The supplier must provide equipment with uniform technical characteristics and deliver it ready for use to locations designated by the buyer in Cáceres province within three months of contract signature. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 174,793.35 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is EUR 211,499.95 including VAT. Bids are assessed on the technical solution and work organization, price and warranty. The standard warranty is one year; offering a total warranty of at least three years earns evaluation points. Bids must be submitted electronically with qualification evidence and a technical memorandum of no more than 20 pages. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable supply-and-installation experience.
