Acquisition of a hydraulic boom brush cutter

Summary

The Municipality of Cualedro is seeking one hydraulic boom brush cutter for installation on its municipal tractor, rated at 100 CV or more. The equipment will be used to maintain roads, ditches, slopes, green spaces and forest areas, including wildfire-prevention work. The arm must have an approximate maximum reach of 6.20 m. The machine must meet the minimum technical specifications, including at least 6 m of horizontal and vertical reach, hydraulic pump flow of at least 130 l/min, a 1.3 m cutting width and a total weight of 1,700–1,800 kg. All installation parts must be supplied, and the machine must carry a warranty of at least two years. The estimated contract value is €27,000 excluding VAT and €32,670 including VAT. Delivery and completion are due within 30 days. The contractor must provide at least six hours of training for staff designated by the municipality. Bids must be submitted electronically. Separate proof of financial or technical and professional capacity is waived, but registration in an official tenderers’ register is mandatory. Subcontracting is not permitted. The award assessment considers price, an extended warranty and a shorter delivery period.
