Supply of street furniture for Maracena’s public spaces

Summary

The Municipality of Maracena is procuring outdoor street furniture for public spaces under a single four-year contract, mainly benches, litter bins and drinking fountains. Items will be supplied against orders according to the municipality’s actual needs; the municipality is not required to use the full budget or estimated quantities. The maximum budget is €160,000 including VAT, with an annual cap of €40,000. The goods must meet the technical, safety and accessibility requirements and be suitable for outdoor use. The standard delivery deadline is 30 calendar days from an order; defective or damaged items must be replaced within no more than 10 calendar days. The warranty period is three years. Bids are evaluated automatically: the discount applied to unit prices scores up to 75 points, and a shorter delivery time scores up to 25 points. The same discount must apply to all listed unit prices. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must submit the European Single Procurement Document and demonstrate economic and technical capacity. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the final tender price excluding VAT and valid third-party liability insurance.
