Upgrade of the high-voltage installation at the Alcázar de San Juan Maintenance Base

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive renewal of the high-voltage installation at the Alcázar de San Juan Maintenance Base, including work on the transformer station, the connection between the overhead line and underground cable, and the underground high-voltage line. The successful contractor must supply and install the system on a turnkey basis, commission it and complete its legalisation, including the necessary designs, inspections, certificates and registrations. The works must be completed within 4 months of contract signature, and the warranty must last at least 3 years. The estimated budget is €193,826.80 excluding tax; bids may not exceed €234,530.43 including tax. Evaluation awards up to 40 points for the technical bid and 60 points for price; at least 20 technical points are required. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €290,740.20, relevant comparable works experience and the required electrical installation authorisation. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish or with a sworn Spanish translation and must contain separate technical and financial submissions.
