Construction of a New Municipal Building for Local Services

Summary

The contract covers construction of a new, modern, accessible and functional municipal building in Castellar de la Frontera, at Calle La Línea de la Concepción s/n. The building will accommodate services within the municipality’s remit and should allow for possible future expansion. The works must be completed within 12 months. The contract is not divided into lots. Its estimated value is EUR 297,520.66 excluding VAT, or EUR 360,000 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically, signed, and in a single file. The submission period is 20 days from the day after publication of the contract notice. A bid must include a responsible declaration, the price and the proposed warranty period. Price carries up to 70 points, while an extension to the warranty period carries up to 30 points. The additional warranty may not exceed 24 months, is counted in full months, and the initial warranty period is 12 months. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the offered contract price excluding VAT and substantiate the availability of the resources committed to the contract.
