Manufacture, supply, transport and installation of three-dimensional letters – funded by the Badajoz Provincial Council’s “Live Your Municipality” programme

The contract covers the manufacture, supply, transport and installation of three-dimensional letters spelling the name La Garrovilla, as a feature in a municipal park being developed for tourism. The letters must follow the supplied design: the main structure is laminated steel, coated with cement mortar and finished in handmade ceramic; the letter G incorporates a ceramic mural depicting the local church. The base is laminated steel with a weathered-steel-colour finish. The drawing gives approximate overall dimensions of 6.0 × 1.55 m. Installation will be near the junction of Pedro de Valdivia and Zurbarán streets in La Garrovilla, on an existing levelled surface, using metal anchors. Labour, materials, transport and installation are included in the bid price, and delivery and installation must be completed within two months of contract signature. The minimum warranty is one year. The estimated contract value is EUR 20,778.96 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is EUR 25,142.54 including VAT. Evaluation awards up to 70 points for price, 15 for extending the warranty (extensions of up to 24 months are counted) and 15 for reducing the delivery period (up to 15 days are counted). The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Bidders must be registered in ROLECE and meet the financial and technical capacity requirements. Their highest-turnover year in the last three completed financial years must show turnover of at least 1.5 times the estimated contract value. Supplies performed during the last three years must have a value of at least EUR 20,778.96 in the year of greatest activity, supported by satisfactory-performance certificates. A company established less than five years ago may demonstrate technical capacity through a declaration that technical personnel are available.
