Road pavement rehabilitation in Navia de Suarna

Summary

The contract covers pavement rehabilitation on two provincial roads in the Navia de Suarna area: LU-P-3503, Silvouta (LU-P-3505) – Vallo – Vilor, chainage 0+000–1+260; and LU-P-3505, Navia (LU-722) – Vilaquinte – Donís (LU-P-1401), chainage 8+640–11+255. The works are scheduled to take 4 months. The maximum tender budget is €250,279.24 excluding VAT, or €302,837.88 including 21% VAT; bids above this limit will not be accepted. The contract is not divided into lots and bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capacity and provide the minimum workforce and equipment needed for the works. Evaluation awards up to 77.5 points for price, with additional points for extra paving and road markings, an extended warranty, and a programme to publicise and promote the completed works. The mandatory warranty is 1 year, with an additional 3-year extension available as an offer. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
