Supply and installation of replacement netting for the Mount Logan V8 structure in Malilla

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of replacement netting and related parts for the Mount Logan V8 play structure in Malilla Park. The contractor must remove the existing net, arrange its disposal as waste and transport, install the replacement parts, and provide final certification for the play equipment and installation. The required items are one central net, one horizontal net, one set of two safety ropes at the slide exit, two lower triangular nets, two upper NS02 triangular nets, one upper NS03 triangular net, and one bridge without anchor posts. The ropes must be silver grey. Parts must be original manufacturer parts or fully equivalent parts approved by the manufacturer for this model, and must comply with playground safety standards UNE-EN 1176 and UNE-EN 1177. Technical data sheets and certificates must accompany the bid. The work must be carried out as soon as possible and completed within 45 calendar days from the day following contract signature. The parts and installation are covered by a three-year warranty. The procurement is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. The estimated contract value is EUR 41,737.51 excluding VAT; the maximum budget including 21% VAT is EUR 50,502.39. Bidders are exempt from proving their economic and technical capacity. They must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document, a responsible declaration and a price offer using the prescribed form. A bidder must have full legal capacity, operate in a field related to the contract and not be prohibited from contracting. The successful bidder must maintain the applicable employment conditions during performance and provide the required evidence concerning the statutory employment quota for people with disabilities and applicable equality measures.
