Creation of the El Silo Territory Viewpoint
Summary
The contract covers opening the upper spaces of Padul’s former grain silo for public access and enhancing the building’s tourism and cultural value. The works include installing an accessible indoor lift and the necessary foundation and structural works, refurbishing and adapting the upper hall and visitor-route spaces, upgrading electrical and lighting systems, and carrying out the specified masonry, joinery, metalwork, finishing, access and roof works. The work is to be completed as one integrated project at the former grain silo, C/ Silo 2, Padul. The execution period is three months, and all works must be ready for acceptance by 31 December 2026 at the latest. The estimated value is €78,911.60 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is €95,483.04 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion; offers exceeding the budget ceiling will be rejected. Bidders must submit one electronic tender within 10 working days beginning on the day after publication of the contract notice. Evidence of economic, financial, technical or professional capacity is waived, but registration in the official tenderers’ register, or an eligible application submitted on time, is required, as is any legally required professional authorisation, including lift-installation authorisation where applicable. The tender must include a responsible declaration, the European Single Procurement Document, a price offer and a confidentiality declaration. The contractor must sort construction and demolition waste and deliver it to authorised waste handlers, retaining evidence of proper handling.
