Supply of various diesel engine spare parts (NEAD01)

Summary

Renfe Ingeniería y Mantenimiento is procuring 46 different spare parts for diesel engines, to be delivered to railway vehicle maintenance depots. The estimated contract value is EUR 104,306 and the contract term is 12 months; the procurement is not divided into lots. Bidders may offer one, several or all of the listed items, but must offer the full estimated quantity for each item they bid for. Subcontracting is not permitted. The bid must include the required technical documentation and evidence that the spare parts comply with the requirements. The technical bid must pass technical validation; technical assessment accounts for 10% of the overall score, while price and delivery time account for 90% (up to 90 points for price and 10 for delivery time).
