Rental of Three Parade Floats for the 2027 Three Kings Parade

Summary

The contract is for the rental of three throne-style parade floats to carry the Three Kings, their attendants and costumed music-school pupils during the 2027 Three Kings parade in Rivas-Vaciamadrid on 5 January 2027. The floats must be delivered 1–3 days before the event and may be removed after the parade, within three days, provided the removal day is not a weekend or public holiday. The supplier is responsible for transport, assembly and dismantling, towing vehicles and drivers, sound equipment, generators, technical support, insurance and safety. The contract may be extended annually for a total term of up to three years and is not divided into lots. The annual base price is €24,750 excluding VAT, or €29,947.50 including 21% VAT. The estimated total value, including possible extensions, is €74,250. Bidders must submit a percentage price reduction and a technical project of no more than 15 pages. The technical project is worth up to 45 points, the price reduction up to 50 points, and an offer to provide up to 45 decorated candy boxes up to 5 points. Bids must be submitted electronically.
