Repair of leaks and waterproofing of the municipal pool basin in Pomar de Cinca

Summary

The contract covers repairs to the multi-purpose basin at the municipal swimming pool in Pomar de Cinca to stop leaks. The entire basin is to be waterproofed with a 2 mm reinforced PVC membrane, extending to the water-collection channel. The works include removing the existing coping and overflow structure, replacing pool drains and nozzles to suit the new membrane, installing geotextile, and constructing a new reinforced-concrete overflow and finished coping. The works must be completed within 3 months and no later than 31 May 2027. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 77,308.55 excluding VAT; the budget including 21% VAT is EUR 93,543.35. Offers are assessed on price (up to 90 points) and an extended warranty (up to 10 points): a one-year extension earns 5 points and a two-year extension earns 10 points.
