Supply of an adapted nine-seat light commercial passenger vehicle

Summary

The Municipality of La Orotava is procuring one new light commercial vehicle adapted to carry nine passengers for its general services, including the specified equipment and cargo-area adaptations. Used, demonstration and “zero-kilometre” vehicles are not acceptable. The vehicle must have a diesel engine and manual transmission, with engine power above 140 hp, displacement above 1,900 cm³ and torque above 330 Nm. Requirements include, among other things, a payload of at least 800 kg, a tow hitch, a roof rack with lighting and ladder, a rear-view camera, driver-assistance systems and two folding aluminium ramps each rated for loads exceeding 300 kg. Delivery is due within six months; a one-month reduction earns 10 points and a two-month reduction earns 20 points. Price is worth up to 80 points. The bid must include a construction description and illustration of the rear cargo area, a description of additional equipment, and the necessary type approvals, certificate of conformity and manufacturer’s manuals. The vehicle must have a warranty of at least five years or 75,000 km, and specified maintenance work must be covered at least three times over five years. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish; the contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capacity and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply.
