2026 Asphalt Paving Works on Streets and Residential Areas in Alhaurín de la Torre

The contract covers asphalt paving and road-surface improvement works on streets in Alhaurín de la Torre, the Pinos de Alhaurín residential area and the Ermita del Cerro area. The aim is to restore worn road surfaces and improve driving conditions and traffic safety by laying a continuous new asphalt layer. The works cover Limonar, Nogales, Palacio de Oriente and La Alcazaba streets in the town centre; Manantiales Avenue and Alminar, Almanzor, Alborán, Alhucemas and Aljarafe streets in Ermita del Cerro; and Benahavís, Campillos, Gaucín and Mago Shantai streets in Pinos de Alhaurín.
