The contract covers works to improve accessibility, paving, utility installations and landscaping in the public space of Barrio del Santo, in accordance with the approved design. The works must be completed within one and a half months, and the contract is not divided into lots. This is a negotiated procedure without prior publication, with three companies invited; only those invited may participate. Only the price may be negotiated. The bid must not exceed €63,714.05 excluding VAT or €77,094 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth up to 100 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the offered price excluding VAT.
