Utility ducting works on Calle Siervo de Dios and Paseo Mencey de Ycodem

Summary

The contract covers construction works to provide utility ducting in the public street network of Icod de los Vinos, on Calle Siervo de Dios and Paseo Mencey de Ycodem. The works are scheduled to take 88 days, with a tender budget ceiling of €282,766.77 including 7% IGIC. Only companies admitted to Category 1 of the dynamic purchasing system may submit an offer, within 10 calendar days of receiving the invitation. The contractor must appoint a site manager with the required professional qualification and at least 3 years of experience in similar works. Low-voltage installations must be performed by a company authorised by the Industry Department of the Government of the Canary Islands. The offer must include a price proposal, a detailed account of the work organisation and resources, and a works programme. Evaluation takes account of price, the proposed work organisation and programme, and optional improvements offered at no additional cost, such as a rapid on-site technical response, 15 bollards and a total of 10 planters. A minimum of 12 points on the qualitative criteria is required to continue in the award process.
