Remodelling of the San Antonio and Hervencias ornamental fountains

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive remodelling and return to service of two ornamental fountains in Ávila: the San Antonio fountain opposite the pavilion and the fountain in Hervencias Park. The works must address problems including water leakage, renew the hydraulic systems and lighting, and restore both fountains to operation. The procurement is divided into two lots, and bidders may tender for either or both: Lot 1 has an estimated value of EUR 33,057.85 excluding VAT (EUR 40,000 including VAT), and Lot 2 EUR 39,632.74 excluding VAT (EUR 47,955.62 including VAT). Price is the only award criterion. The works must be completed within four months. Among other duties, the contractor must provide a suitable works manager and the necessary equipment, ensure workplace safety and traffic arrangements and comply with staff pay requirements, and submit the final works documentation, including as-built plans, within 15 calendar days of signing the works acceptance record. The minimum warranty period is two years.
