Renovation and improvement of the auxiliary buildings at Ramón Diéguez Football Ground in Pontecesures

Summary

The contract covers the renovation and improvement of the auxiliary buildings at the Ramón Diéguez municipal football ground in Pontecesures. The works include renovating the canteen and replacing its roof; converting the existing management meeting room into two changing rooms; installing a new water heater in the plant room; building a new meeting room for the club management; and upgrading lighting in the covered area leading to the changing rooms. The works are expected to take four months. The estimated contract value is €100,348.52 excluding VAT, or €121,421.71 including 21% VAT. Bids will be assessed using criteria including a reduction in the contract price, an extension of the warranty period and, where applicable, improvements to the works. The minimum warranty period is two years. Before work starts, the archaeological monitoring project must be approved, and excavation works must be subject to archaeological monitoring.
