The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the award price and the required liability and construction insurance. The contractor must ensure equal pay regardless of gender and, when hiring additional staff for the works, give preference to people facing greater barriers to employment, particularly the long-term unemployed and/or people with disabilities. Compliance must be demonstrated by submitting a list of workers assigned to the works and their payslips every month. The warranty period is at least one year.
