Phase 1 Rehabilitation Works for Las Aguas Cultural Hall

Summary

The tender covers the first phase of rehabilitation works at the Las Aguas cultural hall, located at Calle Las Aguas 4 in Galaroza. Following the roof collapse on 25 June 2025, the aim is to carry out the works needed to enclose the building and restore the hall for public use. The works include preparatory and demolition work, excavation and ground preparation, foundations, installation of the steel structure, fire-resistant coating, and earthing and drainage works. A proportion of waste management, quality control, cleaning and health and safety measures is also included. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion: the lowest-priced offer receives 100 points unless it is found to be abnormally low. Offers must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days starting the day after publication of the contract notice. The successful bidder must provide a final performance guarantee equal to 5% of its offer price excluding VAT.
