Works concession for the rehabilitation, expansion and operation of the Fundació Gamón-Medina

Summary

The Fundació Gamón-Medina is procuring a 40-year works concession to rehabilitate and expand its cultural estate in Calonge i Sant Antoni, then operate and maintain it as a public cultural facility. The site comprises two urban plots totalling 19,450 m², with existing buildings of about 1,024 m²; the works include the buildings, installations and associated outdoor areas, including the gardens. The concession also covers integrated operation of cultural services, care of the art collection, visitor services, events and complementary commercial activities. The estimated initial investment is approximately €3 million excluding VAT; the contract is not divided into lots.
