Partial roofing works for the CTSS bus depot

Summary

CTSS is procuring works to partially roof the metal structure on the roof of its bus depot in San Sebastián, protecting electric bus charging equipment and the drivers’ pedestrian routes. The works include an auxiliary steel structure to form the roof slope, a continuous roof covering and rainwater drainage. The main roof layers comprise 1 mm profiled steel sheeting, 80 mm rock-wool insulation and 1.2 mm TPO waterproofing; the roof must have a minimum 2% slope and include 14 roof outlets and PVC downpipes with a minimum diameter of 160 mm. Reinforcement of the existing space-frame steel structure is excluded from this procurement and will be carried out by a third party.
