Summary

The tender covers construction works to improve mobility and safety on public transport corridors and at bus stations and stops at various locations in the Girona area, under the project and its updated annex. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers stops in Vidreres, Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Anglès, Bordils, Flaçà, Girona, Rupià, Sant Julià de Ramis, Ultramort and Verges. Lot 2 covers stops in Palau-saverdera, Roses, Molló, la Bisbal d’Empordà, Viladamat, Caldes de Malavella, Torroella de Montgrí, Agullana, el Far d’Empordà, Campdevànol, Palamós, el Port de la Selva, Sant Pau de Segúries, la Tallada d’Empordà, Corçà, Vilamacolum and Forallac. The combined budget is €3,582,583.75 including VAT, or €2,960,813.02 excluding VAT. Lot 1 has a budget of €1,493,755.44 and a 9.5-month delivery period; Lot 2 has a budget of €2,088,828.31 and a 10.5-month delivery period. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots, but one company will normally be awarded no more than one lot; bidders competing for multiple lots must rank their preferences. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for at least four months from the opening of the technical-offer envelope. No provisional guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT. Price is one of the award criteria, worth up to 30 points; the technical offer is worth up to 40 points and other objectively assessed commitments together up to 30 points. The offer must include the required technical plan and a budget prepared using TCQ 2000 version 5.1 or later. Full BIM modelling of the works is required, and the offer must address safety, quality, environmental management, work planning and accessibility. Bidders must demonstrate the required company qualification and commit to providing a works delegate, works manager and health and safety manager.
