Modification of the Main Electrical Distribution Line and Connection Cabinet at Xifré Building

Summary

The tender covers the modification of the main electrical distribution line and connection cabinet at the Xifré Building in Arenys de Mar. The works include installing a new concrete cabinet accessible from the public road, earthing, a new underground copper main feeder (3 × 240 + 240 mm²) with ducts and inspection chambers, trenching and surface reinstatement, removal of the existing cabinet and restoration of the building façade. The scope also includes connection to the existing distribution board, electrical testing and checks, an initial inspection, final documentation and legalisation of the modified installation. The building’s internal electrical installations, including work on the first and second floors, are excluded. The estimated contract value is €39,895.75 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is €48,273.86 including VAT. The works must be completed within three months from signature of the setting-out inspection record; no ordinary extensions are planned. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Bids are assessed automatically: price is worth up to 80 points and an extended warranty up to 20 points; each additional full year earns 10 points, for a maximum of two additional years. Bidders must be registered in ROLECE or RELI, and the successful bidder must hold the appropriate low-voltage installation company authorisation and assign at least one qualified installer and an appropriately experienced works manager. Bids must be submitted electronically with a signed responsible declaration and price offer.
