Rental of wooden stalls for Ascó’s Christmas Fair and Cava Show

Summary

The Municipality of Ascó is seeking to rent approximately 74 wooden stalls for its Christmas Fair and Cava Show. The contract covers transport, unloading, installation, levelling and anchoring, electrical installation, individual exhibitor signs, inspections and technical assistance during the event, followed by dismantling, removal and site cleaning. The event will take place on 28–29 November 2026. The stalls must be ready for use at least 48 hours before opening, and the site must be restored to its pre-installation condition after the event. Each stall must have three opening sales windows, a sales counter, two shelves, a padlock with two keys, festive decoration, LED lighting and an electrical supply of at least 3,500 W with three power outlets. The timber must meet fire-safety requirements: certified fire-retardant treatment, standard UNE-EN 13501-1 and Euroclass C; the flooring must meet class Bfl-s1. Installation requires at least one qualified electrician and an assistant. Technical assistance must be available during the event, with a maximum response time of 30 minutes. Bidders must quote a unit price covering all required work; it must not exceed EUR 600 per stall, excluding VAT. The initial maximum budget for 74 stalls is EUR 44,400 excluding VAT, or EUR 53,724 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. To participate, bidders must be registered in RELI, ROLECE or an equivalent EU register and demonstrate the required insurance and relevant previous experience. The offer must include samples or technical descriptions and photographs of the stalls. Variants and subcontracting are not permitted.
