Sidewalk expansion at the L76 bus stop on Raval Roig Street

Summary

The contract covers widening the sidewalk beside the L76 bus stop area on Raval Roig Street in Torrelles de Llobregat. The works include gabion retaining walls and a new sidewalk platform; earthworks, sub-base, concrete and paving; adapting tactile guidance and the access ramp; installing a fence and metal gate; and providing eight inverted-U bicycle racks. The works must preserve safe pedestrian movement, operation of the bus stop and access to the municipal premises. The contract is not divided into lots. Its estimated value and the maximum bid price are €46,648.60 excluding VAT (€56,444.81 including 21% VAT). The works must be completed within 3 months from formalisation of the site-setting-out verification record; bidders may offer a shorter period. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single file within 10 business days of publication of the contract notice and must include a responsible declaration and a price offer with the commitments scored automatically. The award criteria total up to 100 points: price up to 50, a commitment to provide and install an information sign at no extra cost (15), an extended warranty (up to 15), and a shorter completion period (up to 20). The base warranty is one year; an additional 1, 2 or at least 3 years earns 5, 10 or 15 points respectively. Reducing the completion period by one to four weeks earns 5 to 20 points respectively. Bidders do not have to prove economic or technical capacity or hold a company classification, but they must have the capability needed to perform the contract and appoint a technically qualified works manager. No bid or final performance guarantee is required.
