Improvement works to access routes to the Ribera del Toran in Canejan

Summary

The contract covers works to improve access roads to the Ribera del Toran area in Canejan (Vall d’Aran), restoring road safety and stability and maintaining access to the rural settlements of Sant Joan de Toran, Porcingles and Eth Pradet. The works include constructing cantilevered reinforced-concrete slabs on narrow sections or sections with retaining walls over 3 metres high, repairing or rebuilding damaged stone walls and slopes, and renewing culverts, ditches and other drainage. The contract is not divided into lots. The works must be completed within a maximum of 8 months and carried out from September to May; no work is permitted in June, July or August in order to protect local butterfly species. The final deadline is 31 December 2027. The maximum tender budget is EUR 399,978.16 including VAT (EUR 330,560.46 excluding VAT). Price is worth up to 75 points and the technical offer up to 25 points; bidders must score at least 12.5 points in the technical assessment to proceed to the next stage. Bidders must be registered in the RELI or ROLECE register and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity through the specified classification or alternative evidence set out in the tender documents. The successful bidder must provide a 5% final guarantee and comply, among other things, with occupational-safety, waste-management and subcontractor-payment requirements.
