Vehicle fleet rental for Barcelona Cicle de l’Aigua

Summary

The contract covers a six-month rental of Barcelona Cicle de l’Aigua, S.A. (BCASA)’s vehicle fleet, including vehicle maintenance, comprehensive insurance and other services specified in the technical requirements. The vehicles are needed for work in public spaces, including transporting tools and safety equipment. The procurement has two lots: Lot 1 comprises 2 two-seat and 7 five-seat vans; Lot 2 comprises 8 four- or five-seat electric passenger cars and 2 plug-in hybrid SUVs. Bidders must submit an electronic bid with the required responsible declarations and price offer. The submission period is 10 working days from the day after publication of the contract notice. No formal financial or technical capacity requirement applies, but the successful bidder must confirm at least one year of relevant experience and adequate capacity before performing the contract.
