Repair and improvement works on the Makutegi rural road

Summary

The tender covers repair and improvement works on the Makutegi rural road in Etxebarria. The works are to take two months from the day after the site-setting-out verification record is signed. Each page exceeding the limit incurs a 0.5-point deduction, up to 5 points. The automatic criteria award up to 51 points for price, up to 5 points for extending the one-year warranty (2.5 points for each additional year, up to the maximum), and up to 20 points for priced improvements that do not create additional cost for the municipality. Bidders must have the required legal and operational capacity, adequate economic, financial and technical or professional capacity; the documents set no specific turnover, reference-project or staffing thresholds. Registration in the Euskadi or state bidder register is required. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the award price excluding VAT.
