Summary

Divertia Gijón S.A. is seeking reception, ushering and ticket-office services at the venues it manages. The work includes a theatre manager, ticket-office and ushering services at Teatro Jovellanos; reception services at Divertia’s offices; concierge services at musicians’ rehearsal premises; and ticketing, access control and ushering for the film festival and other Divertia events. Occasional costume and ironing services may also be required. The initial contract term is two years from 20 January 2027, with the possibility of three one-year extensions. The budget for the initial term is EUR 651,033.40 excluding VAT, plus EUR 136,717.01 VAT; the estimated total value including extensions and possible changes is EUR 1,757,790.18 excluding VAT. Payment is based on the service units actually ordered. Maximum hourly rates excluding VAT are EUR 31.29 for theatre management/reception, EUR 27.45 for ticket-office services, EUR 19.28 for concierge and ushering, and EUR 21.54 for costume and ironing services. The procurement is not divided into lots. The bidder must provide the services throughout the year and take over the employees listed in the tender documents. A contract coordinator will manage delivery; the bid must describe the work organisation, quality assurance and document-management arrangements. Quality criteria account for 45 points and automatically scored criteria, including price, for 55 points. A minimum of 22.50 points on the quality criteria is required to proceed.
