Supply of a stage truck with setup and dismantling for the opening of Parc de la Vila in Martorell

Summary

The contract covers the temporary provision of a stage truck for the opening concert at Parc de la Vila in Martorell, including transport, installation, technical supervision and maintenance during use, dismantling and removal. Sound and lighting equipment are procured separately and are not part of this stage-truck contract. The maximum tender budget is EUR 7,500 excluding VAT (EUR 9,075 including 21% VAT). Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. The contract is not divided into lots. The stage truck must be installed by 09:00 on 22 October 2026; the concert is on 23 October, and dismantling is to take place in the early hours of 24 October. The stage opening must be 13–14 m wide and at least 10 m deep; its height above the platform must be at least 8.5 m, the platform must be 1.7–2 m above ground, and the structure must have a load capacity of at least 10,000 kg. Required features include side and rear covers, an automated front curtain, two cranes each rated for 1,000 kg, access stairs with safety rails, earthing, at least 14 m of front safety barriers, and a technical-equipment access ramp 10–12 m long and 2 m wide. The structure must withstand a wind load of at least 0.5 kN/m². The bid must include the stage truck’s technical data, drawings (elevations, plan and section) and a photograph of the actual equipment offered. The contractor must provide specialists to install, maintain and safely dismantle the stage; assigned staff must have experience installing similar stage structures. The bid includes stated turnover and similar supply or service experience criteria, but bidders are exempt from providing evidence of these under the simplified procedure. A responsible declaration and the required technical documentation must also be submitted with the bid.
