Technical Assistance for Quality Control of Works at Mercè Rodoreda School

Summary

The contract is for technical assistance with quality control of the 2026 works at Mercè Rodoreda School in Martorell. The service provider must carry out the specified tests during construction and submit test results, inspections and reports. The tests cover, among other things, roof watertightness, water and drainage pipes, floor slip resistance, paint coating thickness, suspended-ceiling substructures and the domestic hot-water system. The watertightness test for a flat roof waterproofed with modified bituminous sheets must be performed by the bidder in its own duly authorised laboratory; the suspended-ceiling tensile test may be subcontracted. The initial contract term is 8.5 months. The estimated value is €8,264.62 excluding VAT, or €10,000.19 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate professional-risk insurance of at least €150,000 and the required similar experience; companies established less than five years ago may use an alternative method to demonstrate technical capacity. The required activity authorisations and laboratory capabilities are also mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically with a signed responsible declaration, a price offer showing VAT separately, and a budget prepared using TCQ 2000 version 5.1 or later.
