The contract covers preventive medical ambulance services for physical fitness tests, sports competitions and other events held at the Centre d’Alt Rendiment in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The ambulance must remain on site throughout each event; the service includes medical staff intervention where needed and transport of patients to a healthcare facility. Services will be ordered as required. The estimated volume is 300 hours, with a budget of €49,600, exempt from VAT. The hourly ceiling is €170 for a Type C advanced life-support ambulance and €135 for the service without a doctor. The bidder must possess the required economic and technical capacity, although evidence need not be submitted with the bid. The bid must include a responsible declaration, a declaration concerning sexual offences, an insurance commitment and a price offer. Price accounts for 80 points, while reducing the notice period for service requests can earn up to 20 points. Subcontracting is prohibited.
