Cleaning service for the Regional Cadastre Office building in Badajoz

Summary

The contract covers cleaning and upkeep of the two-storey, 1,974 m² building occupied by the Regional Cadastre Office of Extremadura in Badajoz. The contract runs for 12 months, with an estimated start date of 1 November 2026, and may be extended for up to a further 12 months. It is not divided into lots. The estimated contract price is EUR 46,310.21 excluding VAT (EUR 56,035.36 including VAT); the estimated total value including the possible extension is EUR 92,620.43. Work is scheduled Monday to Friday from 15:30 to 18:00. Daily tasks include cleaning floors, carpets, furniture, toilets, the lift, entrance, doors and frames, and waste bins; disinfecting frequently touched surfaces; and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. Other tasks are performed on alternate days, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every six months and annually. They include, among other things, cleaning windows and the facade, polishing floors, and deep-cleaning ventilation grilles and lighting. The contractor supplies all necessary cleaning products, equipment and consumables and arranges the recycling of paper, cartridges and lighting materials. The tender documents provide the full task list and frequencies. The contractor must provide four workers, one of whom acts as the responsible coordinator or supervisor. The incoming contractor must take over the four existing cleaning staff. Bidders must meet the stated turnover and similar-services experience thresholds and provide workplace-safety and staff-competence evidence. Offers are scored out of 100 points: price accounts for up to 75 points, and additional resources and service enhancements for up to 25 points. Scored enhancements include supplying and maintaining four sanitary bins, four paper bins and one toner container, offering extra hours, removing graffiti, and providing a one-hour response capability.
