Discretionary passenger transport in Madrid for JESAT unit personnel
Summary
The Spanish Ministry of Defence’s Madrid Navy unit is procuring on-demand transport in Madrid for personnel of units within the JESAT remit, including one-way and return journeys with luggage. The service will run from contract signature until 30 November 2026 or until the available budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
